Shipment of Medication – Terms and Conditions
1. Shipment via PostNL
1.1 Orders shipped via PostNL are provided with a track & trace code so that you, as the customer, can monitor the shipment.
1.2 Once the package has been handed over to PostNL, the risk of loss, theft, or damage to the package transfers to you as the customer.
1.3 We are not liable for delays, errors, or damage resulting from the services provided by PostNL.
1.4 If a shipment sent via PostNL is lost or not delivered, this shall be entirely at your own expense and risk as the customer.
1.5 For shipments via PostNL, the medication is packaged in a box with two cooling elements. This packaging remains cooled for up to 72 hours and ensures that the medication remains safe within this timeframe.
2. Shipment via DynaHealth
2.1 Orders shipped via DynaHealth are transported by a specialized medical courier service and are provided with a track & trace code so that you, as the customer, can monitor the shipment.
2.2 DynaHealth ensures safe and proper delivery of medication under temperaturecontrolled transport. The medication is transported in a professional cooler, kept refrigerated from driver to customer. If the customer is not present at the agreed delivery time, a fee will be charged for arranging a second delivery appointment.
2.3 The risk of loss, theft, or damage to the shipment remains with us until the order has been actually delivered to you as the customer.
2.4 If a shipment via DynaHealth is lost or damaged, we will provide a replacement delivery free of charge.
2.5 When choosing shipment via DynaHealth, you may select your preferred delivery time window. Available time slots are:
Monday to Friday:
- 08:00 – 22:00 (standard, no additional charge)
- 09:00 – 17:00 (+ € 2,00 incl. VAT)
- 08:00 – 13:00 (+ € 6,50 incl. VAT)
- 13:00 – 18:00 (+ € 5,50 incl. VAT)
- 17:00 – 22:00 (+ € 8,95 incl. VAt)
Saturday:
· 08:00 - 22:00 uur (standard, no additional charge)
· 08:00 - 13:00 uur (+ € 7,75 incl. VAT)
· 09:00 – 17:00 uur (+ € 3,25 incl. VAT)
· 13:00 - 18:00 uur (+ € 6,50 incl. VAT)
3. General
3.1 The choice of shipping method (PostNL or DynaHealth) is made by you as the customer at the time of placing the order.
3.2 The customer is responsible for providing correct address details. Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delays or non-delivery, for which we are not liable.
3.3 If the customer is not present at the agreed delivery time, the costs of a second delivery attempt shall be fully borne by the customer. Thuisapotheek shall not be liable in this regard.
